Quality control
Consistent material quality is essential to stable industrial production. FerrumX controls quality throughout raw material selection, processing, particle-size classification and final inspection. Our laboratory uses ICP-OES analysis, laser particle-size analysis and applicable physical testing to verify chemical composition, particle distribution and other critical parameters.
Chemical Composition
ICP-OES analysis for agreed chemical parameters such as SiC, free carbon and relevant impurities.
Particle Distribution
Laser analysis or sieve-based methods selected according to material form and size standard.
Physical Checks
Bulk density, magnetic iron and visual or microscopic inspection where applicable.
Batch Documents
TDS, SDS and batch COA can be supplied as agreed. Third-party inspection is available for discussion.
