The soap miller machine rotation speeds of the three rollers are different. The rotation speed of the roller at the feed end is much smaller than that of the roller at the discharge end, so the grinding performance is superior.
The mutual gap between the three rollers is manually adjustable. The appropriate gap can be adjusted according to different requirements. The adjustment is convenient and flexible. The fineness of the ground material can reach less than 5um.
Each grinding roller can control the cooling temperature independently, with good cooling effect and control accuracy of ±1℃.
