Screening Equipment
The vibrating screen, also known as ore aggregate screening, is used as the second step in the screening process after the crushing system in mining operations. The functions of the screening machine include screening and separation, classification and sorting, protective screening, fine, medium, and coarse particle screening, dust removal, screening of oversized materials, and inspection screening. It can separate one material from another, such as separating mud and stones, or divide raw materials from crushers or quarries into different sizes, grades, and specifications, such as consistent sizing of stone materials. Additionally, it evenly and continuously feeds large rocks from the hopper to the crusher, performing coarse screening as needed. Depending on the application, the screening equipment can operate independently or in conjunction with crushers to form a closed-loop system. Our screening machines ensure uniformity in raw materials, making them easier to process due to their defined particle sizes.
