Advanced Technology Gold Elution Electrolysis Equipment

Refining gold with electrolysis is a comprehensive treatment system that uses advanced technology to extract gold from gold-loaded carbon under high temperature (150C°) and high pressure (0.5MPa) cyanide-free conditions. This equipment process is based on the traditional electrolytic refining processes such as Zadra and AARL. By increasing the desorption temperature, replacing the atmospheric pressure electrolyser with a pressure-bearing electrolyser, and eliminating the highly toxic sodium cyanide as a desorption agent, it has achieved a significant improvement in metallurgy. The desorption rate is greatly reduced, the electrolytic refining time is greatly shortened, and the production cost is significantly reduced.

Performance

High elution efficiency for refining gold with electrolysis
The working temperature of the elution electrolysis refining is 150°C, which is 1.5 times the temperature of the original heated normal pressure process, and the pressure is 0.5Mpa, which is 1.6 times that of the original process. In such a high temperature and high-pressure environment, the resolution rate reaches more than 98%.

Electrolytic processes for gold elution takes a short time
The speed of elution gold-loaded carbon using the elution electrolysis device is significantly improved. More than 98% of the gold can be eluted out in just 2 to 6 hours, which is one-tenth of the original heating and normal pressure process time.

Reduce energy consumption
Reducing energy consumption is mainly reflected in the reduction of electricity consumption and the reduction of carbon regeneration costs.
The elution electrolysis refining system only requires sodium hydroxide as the elution liquid and no need for sodium cyanide. The temperature of elution electrolysis refining is constant, and no heat exchange is required, so the power consumption is a quarter of the original.
The non-toxic elution combination agent contains carbon activator, which can regenerate carbon. Depleted carbon does not require fire regeneration, saving carbon regeneration costs.

Gold electrolytic refining has high grade and is easy to refine.
The gold mud is of high grade and can be extracted and refined.

Triple safety protection
Protection 1. The electrolytic refining system itself is intelligent. The electric heater can automatically start or stop working according to the operating status or pressure of the circulation pump, without human operation;
Protection 2, automatic pressure limiting pressure release mechanism. When the system pressure rises to a certain value, the mechanism will automatically open to relieve pressure and adjust the pressure to the normal value;
Protection 3. Insurance safety valve. If the above two measures fail, this insurance safety valve will automatically start to avoid larger losses.
