Gold smelting equipment is an equipment that melts, smelts and purifies gold mud and gold-containing heavy sand, and produces high-purity gold ingots. Gold refining mainly refers to purifying the refined products to the quality standards required by the Shanghai Gold Exchange. Chemical gold refining is carried out in acidic media, which requires high corrosion resistance of the equipment. Due to different operating parameters, the selected equipment differs between pressure-bearing and normal pressure. The gold ore smelting materials of the main equipment used for gold refining are mainly steel-lined PTFE, pure titanium or titanium composite plates, enamel, etc.
The gold ore smelting refining equipment configuration is relatively reasonable, compact and applicable. Except for solid materials, the transportation of all liquids in the entire process has been fully mechanized, which not only reduces the labor intensity of workers, but also improves the safety factor of precious metals and personnel.
