Soap Printing Machine Working Principle
Soap stamping machine is to cut the soap bar, through the machine up and down pressure, print out the shape and Logo, change the mold can be print different soap shapes and logos.
The fully automatic soap bar stamping machine presses the soap bar extruded from the vacuum bar dispenser left and right through the soap stamping to print out the shape and LOGO.
The fully automatic one to three soap printer can also output four, one to six, one to eight, and one to ten. Matched with a fully automatic soap production line, the front is connected to a soap stripper, which extrudes long soap bars and delivers them to a fully automatic soap printer. The printer is equipped with a mold to produce soap. The mold of the soap printer is customized according to the shape and size of the customer’s soap, and different shapes and logos of soap can be made by replacing the copper mold. The copper mold of the soap printer needs to be equipped with a chiller for cooling. The chiller cools the mold to quickly demold the printed soap and output the finished soap product.
